EPIC II Series (CNC)

This new iteration of the EPIC platform boasts advancements such as enhanced operations, production reporting, downtime analysis, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance interval scheduling. These features, among others, will yield improved part set-ups, changeovers, process tooling development, and integrated tool monitoring. An upgraded servo control features absolute positioning and a more efficient architecture that reduces failure points.

EPIC HF Fanuc

The Hydromat EPIC HF FANUC 32/45-16 is a FANUC control-equipped rotary transfer machine for precision metal cutting. It can be equipped with collets or chucks depending on the work involved. The 32/45-16 is modular machine consisting of up to 16 horizontal, and up to 8 vertical, toolspindles mounted on a cast base. This is a versatile turnkey machine able to handle all material types within its work envelope.

ICON6-150

The ICON 6-150 designed with four machining stations and two dedicated loading/unloading stations, the ICON was developed around flexible machining principles. Equipped with a six position table, it shuttles pallets to four machining modules for fast, ultra-precision cutting.

These four cutting stations produce 5-sided machining with 4-axis interpolation; 6 sides if the idle station is used for work piece inversion.

These benefits coupled with the ICON’s flexibility creates a highly innovative solution to produce parts complete, with fast cycle times and a superior surface finish.
